Damaged or Faulty Goods

Please contact us first.

Goods are inspected prior to shipment.  Should you receive the goods and they are in anyway damaged, please contact us to arrange for our Courier to collect the goods at our expense.  Once we have received them back to our Warehouse (within 14 days of you receiving them), we will inspect the goods and then if applicable, process a full refund.

​Incorrect Size

Please contact us first.

​Should you receive your item/s and realise you have ordered the incorrect size, please return the product to us within 14 days of you receiving them (at your expense).  Once we have received the item/s back to our Warehouse, we will inspect them to see that they have not been used / worn.  If the item/s is still in ‘brand new’ condition, we will then forward you the item/s in the correct sizing  (at your expense).

​Changed your mind

Please contact us first.

We are happy to exchange your product for something else if you change your mind.  please return the product to us within 14 days of you receiving them (at your expense).  Once we have received the item/s back to our Warehouse, we will inspect them to see that they have not been used / worn.  If the item/s is still in ‘brand new’ condition, we will then forward you your newly chosen item/s  (at your expense).
