Do you sell directly to the public?
Yes, we offer all ranges of products for purchase by the public.
Can I collect from your Brisbane warehouse?
Yes (but please contact us first to check we are here). We are located at Unit 4, 65 South Pine Road, Brendale, Queensland 4500.
What are Postage / Freight costs?
Items purchased through our online store are charged a delivery fee for anywhere in Australia. Delivery fees are visible in your shopping cart.
Delivery of goods within Australia
Our preferred couriers are Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fastways.
Overseas orders
Please contact us with your order requirements and we will provide you the shipping costs.
What is your Return Policy?
Damaged or Faulty Goods – Please contact us first.
Goods are inspected prior to shipment. Should you receive the goods and they are in anyway damaged, please contact us to arrange for our Courier to collect the goods at our expense. Once we have received them back to our Warehouse (within 14 days of you receiving them), we will inspect the goods and then if applicable, process a full refund.
Incorrect Size- Please contact us first.
Should you receive your item/s and realise you have ordered the incorrect size, please return the product to us within 14 days of you receiving them (at your expense). Once we have received the item/s back to our Warehouse, we will inspect them to see that they have not been used / worn. If the item/s is still in ‘brand new’ condition, we will then forward you the item/s in the correct sizing (at your expense).
Changed your mind – Please contact us first.
We are happy to exchange your product for something else if you change your mind. please return the product to us within 14 days of you receiving them (at your expense). Once we have received the item/s back to our Warehouse, we will inspect them to see that they have not been used / worn. If the item/s is still in ‘brand new’ condition, we will then forward you your newly chosen item/s (at your expense).
